How does the shopping cart work?
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are
ready to check out. From your Shopping Cart you can:
- Proceed to check out
- Continue shopping
You can always get back to your cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart"
button found in the navigation bar.

How can I change my order?
If you click on the Shopping Cart, you can remove any item from your Shopping
Cart that you no longer wish to purchase. Select the item or items that
you would like to remove from your Shopping Cart, then click the "Submit
Change" button and the item will be removed.

Is there a cost break if I order in bulk?

What happens when an item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, you will receive a call from Advanced-Online
customer service the same day you place your order. Our customer service
representative will work with you on your timing needs.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the "Order Status" button, type in your Order Number
from your online confirmation and click "Submit". If you do not
know your Order Number, click on "Order History" and then click
on the Order Number you wish to track or review. If your order has shipped,
you will have received an e-mail confirming shipment with a link for tracking
that can be used to quickly track your package.

What is your return policy?
Any promotional product may be returned without a restocking fee. Please
contact Advanced-Online Customer Service at 972-471-5400 to receive a return
authorization number. If there is a problem with the product, Advanced-Online will
replace the product at no cost to you. If you need to return a product for
another reason, Advanced-Online will accept promotional products (if returned in
the same condition sent to you) with no restocking fee, but you will still
be liable for shipping charges. Non-promotional products will have a 15%
or $15.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater.

Are all the transactions on the SoConGear.com Site secure and safe?
All transactions are processed securely using 128-bit encryption. Credit
cards are processed via a secure socket (https) also using 128-bit encryption.

Where are the SoConGear.com products shipped from?
Advanced-Online is the vendor that produces, stores and ships all of the
SoConGear.com products. They ship all of our merchandise from
Dallas, TX.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on how much of a hurry you are in and how much money you are willing
to spend, you can decide when you would like your order to arrive with the
following options.
- UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
- FedEx Priority Overnight (arrives by 10:30am the following day)
- FedEx Standard Overnight (arrives by 3:00pm the following day)
- FedEx 2 day (arrives by 4:30pm the 2nd day)
- FedEx Express Saver (arrives by 5:00pm the 3rd day)
The SoConGear.com Site will provide you with the ship date of
your order in the Shopping Cart page.

Advanced-Online does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; please contact Advanced-Online

How do new items get selected for the store?
There are four key factors that we use to justify the addition of an item.
- Do we really think that it could be a hot seller.
- Can it be produced at a reasonable cost to the buyer.
- Does it fit with the look and feel of SoConGear.com .
- In the case that the product doesn't sell, would it be too much of a financial liability.
